GeeCee Ventures has informed that Gaurav Shyamsukha will cease to act as Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from May 01, 2016 due to completion of his tenure on April 30, 2016 as Whole Time Director in respect of the terms of appointment and agreement entered by him with the Company. Further, the Company has informed that Gaurav Shyamsukha was appointed as the Whole Time Director by the Board at their meeting held on April 23, 2013 and was further approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 03, 2013 for a period of 3 years commencing from May 01, 2013 to April 30, 2016.
