Indian Bank has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 11, 2016, for approving the Standalone / Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of dividend for the year 2015-16, if any.
