Uflex has informed that Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas has exited from the Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) programme of the Company, subsequent to which all the GDRs have been converted into Equity Shares. These Equity Shares are already listed with BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India. Consequent to the above, the GDRs have been delisted from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange with effect from May 02, 2016.
