ARSS Infra surges as its JV bags order worth Rs 87.43 crore

ARSS Infrastructure Projects is currently trading at Rs. 42.55, up by 0.40 points or 0.95% from its previous closing of Rs. 42.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 42.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 43.25 and Rs. 41.30 respectively. So far 50927 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 58.60 on 05-Jan-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 21.50 on 25-Aug-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 47.30 and Rs. 39.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 63.08 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 18.86% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.06% and 81.08% respectively.

ARSS Infrastructure’s Joint Venture (JV) -- ARSS-SIPS has secured order worth Rs 87.43 crore from Jaipur Development Authority. The order is for construction of six lanes ROB in lieu of L.C. 70 Sitapura on JP-SWM Railway Line.

ARSS Infrastructure Projects started as a construction company in the field of railway infrastructure development. The company has developed an expertise in railway construction projects, which include earthwork, major and minor bridges, supply of ballast, sleepers, laying of sleepers and rails, linking of tracks etc.
