Emmbi Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 17, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2016; to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016; and to recommend the payment of dividend on equity share capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 by the Board of Directors of the Company. Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, would commence from 8:00 a.m. on May 10, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 17, 2016.
