Century Textiles & Industries has informed that Dalal & Shah, Chartered Accountants, are the statutory auditors of the Company for the last more than 10 years. As per the provisions of Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 the statutory auditors are required to be rotated in accordance with the requirements as mentioned in the said section. In compliance of the aforesaid section the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2016 has recommended the appointment of S R B C & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, Firm Registration No. 324982E as statutory auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 28, 2016.
