Further, as per Bank’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the insiders of the Bank including Directors, designated employees and their immediate relatives from opening of business hours on May 19, 2016 to closing of business hours on June 01, 2016.
