Allahabad Bank has informed that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bank will remain closed from May 07, 2016 to May 15, 2016 (48 hours after conclusion of Board Meeting) for Directors/Designated Persons of the Bank in connection with declaration of Audited financial results of the Bank for the fourth quarter and FY ended on March 31, 2016. Trading Window will open on May 16, 2016.
