Vardhman Textiles has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2016, have approved introduction of an equity based compensation scheme called ‘Vardhman Textiles Employee Stock Option Plan 2016’ (‘the Plan’) for its eligible employees subject to approval of shareholders of the Company. The Board has delegated necessary power to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee to implement and administer the Plan.
