Gammon Infrastructure Projects has promoted a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) named ‘Vijayawada Gundugolanu Road Project’ for implementing the Vijayawada Gundugolanu Road Project, which on March 21, 2012, signed the concession agreement with NHAI for the implementation of the project.
Earlier on February 08, 2012, Gammon Infrastructure Projects had received the letter of award from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the project for 'Six Laning of the Vijayawada - Gundugolanu section of NH 5 (total length - 103.59 km) in the State of Andhra Pradesh on BOT (Toll) mode on DBFOT (design, build, finance, operate and transfer) basis.
