Schablona India has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), read with Schedule III of the said Listing Regulations and in accordance with SIL’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company by insiders, shall remain closed with effect from May 10, 2016 and the trading in the Company’s securities would be permitted only on the expiry of forty eight (48) hours after the declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016, on May 21, 2016.
