Kothari World Finance has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed from May 10, 2016 to May 22, 2016 for the purpose of announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. The Trading Window shall reopen from May 23, 2016. This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on May 18, 2016 for considering and adopting Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.
