Man Infraconstruction gains as its arm acquires rights to redevelop 3 residential buildings at Ghatkopar

Man Infraconstruction is currently trading at Rs. 41.00, up by 0.35 points or 0.86% from its previous closing of Rs. 40.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 39.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 41.25 and Rs. 39.60 respectively. So far 1,84,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 52.15 on 25-May-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 28.85 on 12-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 41.25 and Rs. 36.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,014.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.25% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.58% and 38.16% respectively.

Man Infraconstruction’s subsidiary -- MICL Realty LLP has acquired Development Rights for redevelopment of 3 residential buildings under MHADA Redevelopment at Ghatkopar in Mumbai having an approximate saleable area of 1.5 Lakh sq. ft.

This is in addition to the 12 buildings that are being developed by Man Realtors and Holdings (MRHPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Man Infraconstruction at the same location having an approximate saleable area of 6 Lakhs sq. ft.
