Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain close for Designated Person (as defined in the Code) from May 11, 2016 to May 21, 2016 for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016.
