Indian Hotels Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2016, to consider the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016 and the recommendation of a dividend. Further, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Insider Trading Regulations, the Company has intimated its designated employees regarding the closure of the Trading Window from March 24, 2016 till May 20, 2016, for the purpose of adoption of the Audited Annual Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016. The Trading Window shall re-open on May 21, 2016.
