Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing m the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 13, 2016 to May 20, 2016 for the purpose of announcement of the Audited financial results of the Company. The trading window will open from May 23, 2016.
