Sundaram Multi Pap informs about closure of trading window

Sundaram Multi Pap has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 23, 2016, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the Year ended March 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the Company’s securities by all the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain close from May 20, 2016 to May 26, 2016 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting. The trading window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall reopen from May 27, 2016.
