Godrej Properties rises on launching three premium towers at township project, Godrej Infinity, in Pune

Godrej Properties is currently trading at Rs. 324.10, up by 3.50 points or 1.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 320.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 321.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 325.00 and Rs. 320.00 respectively. So far 10386 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 374.50 on 20-Oct-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 237.65 on 14-May-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 326.00 and Rs. 315.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7000.35 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.95% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.27% and 16.33% respectively.

Godrej Properties (GPL) has launched three premium towers at its township project, Godrej Infinity, in Pune. Spread across 43 acres, with a total saleable area of approximately 3 lakh sq. m. (3.2 million sq. ft.), this project is located in Keshavnagar. Godrej Infinity is a joint development project, being developed by Godrej Properties in partnership with Oxford Group and Ekta World.

Of the three newly launched towers, Signature Tower, standing at 28 storeys, offers 3 BHK luxury apartments with carpet areas ranging from 96 sq. m. to 130 sq. m. (1028 sq. ft. to 1397 sq. ft.) and an exclusive concierge for its residents. Standing at 22 storeys each, the other two towers offer 1 BHK and 2 BHK premium apartments with carpet areas ranging from 47 sq. m. to 90 sq. m. (504 sq. ft. to 970 sq. ft.).
