In this connection, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 17, 2016 to May 28, 2016. The trading window shall open from May 29, 2016. The Company will have a conference call to discuss the results and performance for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 as per the schedule attached.
