Vaibhav Global will terminate the deposit agreement entered into between the company and CITI Bank N.A on August 29, 2016. GDRs have been delisted from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange with effect from May 17, 2016.
This is pursuant to Sonymike’s Holdings, a Promoter Group Company and GDR holder converting all GDRs into equity shares, intimation of which was duly given to all stock exchanges on which shares /GDRs were listed and no GDR is outstanding as on date.
Vaibhav Global is engaged in selling of fashion jewellery and lifestyle products in the US, the UK and Canada via its own TV shopping and e-commerce platforms.
