The ‘Trading Window’ under SEB! (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from May 21, 2016 till June 02, 2016. Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from May 21, 2016 to June 02, 2016.
