Further, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from May 17, 2016 to June 02, 2016.
