Sambhaav Media has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2016 to consider and approve audited financial statements together with reports thereon for the year ended on March 31, 2016; and to approve audited financial results for the quarter/ year ended on March 31, 2016; In this regard, it is hereby further submitted that in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for the Directors and Designated Persons, from May 20, 2016 to May 29, 2016. The Trading Window shall re-open from May 30, 2016.
