Kajaria Ceramics, a leading wall and floor tiles manufacturers, is setting up a plant near Nellore in Andhra Pradesh for polished vitrified tiles, with an estimated cost of Rs 150 crore. The plant to be commissioned in September next year will have an annual production capacity of five million square metres. This is second tiles manufacturing plant in Andhra Pradesh.
Kajaria Ceramics is the largest manufacturer of ceramic/vitrified tiles in India. It has an annual aggregate capacity of 54.10 mn. sq. meters, distributed across seven plants-Sikandrabad in Uttar Pradesh, Gailpur in Rajasthan, four plants in Morbi in Gujarat and one at Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.
