Sancia Global Infraprojects has received an approval to takeover the saw pipe division of Sancia Infraglobal (SIPL) on going concern basis with full assets and liabilities of the division. The board at its meeting held on March 29, 2012 has approved for the same.

The unit is located in Kandla SEZ (KSEZ), manufacturing Saw Pipes. Further, this sale is subject to approval from KSEZ, statutory authorities, banks, etc.

Sancia Global Infraprojects is engaged in the rental/hiring of heavy construction equipments to companies that primarily construct/build roads, airports, power projects, institutional and industrial complexes, and multiplexes and residential buildings in India.
