Gujarat Industries Power Company (GIPCL) has delayed the commissioning of the 51 MW Wind based Power Project in Gujarat. This delay has been on account of financial difficulties faced by Leitwind Shriram Manufacturing, Chennai, the EPC Contractor.
The company had earlier on March 19, 2016, informed that 8 Wind Energy Generators (WEGs), out of total 34 WEGs, have been commissioned so far.
GIPCL is a Vadodara-based public limited company engaged in the business of power generation.
