With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 03, 2016, Raunaq EPC International has now informed that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 27, 2016 decided not to make any change in the promoters/ promoter group and maintain a status quo as the same and nullify the resolution passed by them in their meeting held on February 03, 2016 regarding deletion of the name of Late Dr. Raunaq Singh from the promoters/promoter group.
