Godrej Properties - limited liability partnership (LLP) - Godrej Vikhroli Property (GVP LLP) has executed an indenture of assignment and conveyance with Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company, for the assignment and conveyance in its favour of property admeasuring 34.2 acres at Vikhroli, Mumbai for a consideration of Rs 717 crore payable over a period of five and a half years to facilitate the GVP LLP to meet such obligation from the proceeds of the development.
GVP LLP is a limited liability partnership between Godrej Properties and Godrej Industries incorporated in 2011 to undertake development of the aforementioned land.
