Valiant Mauritius Partners FDI is likely to invest Rs 170.52 crore in Shriram Housing Finance, a subsidiary of Shriram City Union Finance. Shriram City is aims to bring in Rs 165.44 crore.
Valiant Mauritius Partners FDI and Shriram City expected to bring in the funds simultaneously in three tranches over 2-3 years. The post equity valuation of Shriram Housing will be Rs 750 crore. Valiant's stake will be 22.75%. The infusion by Shriram City will be at Rs 10 a share and by Valiant at Rs 35.
