MEP Infrastructure Developers’ MEP InvIT has been granted the Certificate of Registration as an Infrastructure Investment Trust. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has granted the certificate in terms of the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014. MEP Infrastructure Developers is the sponsor for the MEP Infrastructure Investment Trust (MEP InvIT).
MEP Infrastructure Developers is engaged in tolling operations of the road infrastructure sector, with a pan-India presence. MEP Infra is in the business of pure toll collection projects as well as OMT projects, which involve maintenance obligations in addition to toll collection on operational roads (including highways) constructed by third parties.
