Godrej Properties, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has entered into a partnership to develop a 100 acre residential township with its sister concern Godrej Agrovet. The project is located near Sarjapur in East Bengaluru. This project will be developed under the Development Management model.
The proposed township has a developable potential of up to 830,000 square meters (9 million square feet) of saleable area and will be developed as a modern residential development in multiple phases. The actual saleable area consumed on the site will range between 400,000 square meters and 830,000 square meters depending on the types of residential development planned.
