Essel Propack is planning to raise funds through issue of two commercial paper (CP) for Rs 30 crore on private placement basis. The company will raise funds in two tranches. In the first tranche, the company will raise Rs 15 crore, having tenure of 61 days and in second tranche, it will raise Rs 15 crore, having tenure of 89 days.
Essel Propack is the largest specialty packaging company in India. The company operates through 25 state-of-the-art facilities in 13 countries.
