Copthall Mauritius Investment has purchased 22.8 lakh shares in NIIT at an average price of Rs 81.60 a share. This translates to 1.38% stake in the company. As of March 31, 2016, Copthall was not part of the list of shareholders with more than 1% stake in the company.
HSBC Bank (Mauritius) sold these shares. HSBC had about 18.5 lakh shares as of March end in NIIT.
