With reference to the earlier letter dated June 20, 2016, Andhra Bank has now informed about the issuance of Unsecured Non-convertible Redeemable Basel - III Compliant 8.65% Tier - 2 Bonds (Series - C) in the nature of Debentures for an amount of Rs 1000 Crores on private placement basis. The said issue was opened for subscription from June 22, 2016 and closed on June 27, 2016. The Bank has received subscriptions of Rs 1000 Crores towards the subject issue. The deemed date of allotment was June 27, 2016.
