Visagar Polytex has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 08, 2016, to consider the appointment of Ruchi Bhandari, a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) as the Compliance Officer & Company Secretary of the Company in whole time employment. Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from June 29, 2016 and would open on July 13, 2016, i.e., 48 trading hours after the announcement of appointment is made to the public.
