Sunshield Chemicals has informed that the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 please note that the ‘Trading Window’ (i.e. period to deal in the Company’s shares) shall remain closed from July 01, 2016 till the end of 48 hours from the end of proposed Board Meeting to be held in the month of July / August 2016 for approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. The date of proposed Board Meeting shall be informed in due course.
