Indiabulls Real Estate has raised Rs 75 crore through issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis. The said NCDs will carry coupon rate of 10% per annum and will have tenor of 5 years and 10 months. The NCDs will be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and will mature on April 29, 2022.
