Escorts Agri machinery segment (EAM), a subsidiary of Escorts has sold 6946 tractors in June 2016 as against 6238 tractors in June 2015. Domestic sales in June 2016 stood at 6890 tractors against 6139 in June 2015, while export for the month of June 2016 stood at 56 tractors against 99 tractors in June 2015, registering a fall of 43%.
Escorts offer a comprehensive range of tractors with more than 45 variants starting from 25 to 80 HP. The company also manufactures and markets a diverse range of equipments like cranes, loaders, vibratory rollers and forklifts.
