United Bank of India has informed that P. Srinivas, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank has demitted office, on attaining superannuation, at the close of banking hours on June 30, 2016. In terms of the Ministry’s communication dated June 30, 2016, the affairs of the Bank within the respective powers of Executive Directors of the Bank shall be conducted by both Executive Directors while the financial & administrative powers of the Managing Director & CEO shall be exercised with the approval of the Board/ Management Committee, till such time a regular incumbent is appointed as Managing Director & CEO by the Government.
