Prism Cement has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 09, 2016, to approve the Company’s Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, in terms of the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 09, 2016 to August 11, 2016. The Trading Window shall open from August 12, 2016.
