Chandni Textiles Engineering Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 15, 2016, for consideration of a proposal to demerge its Engineering division into its wholly owned subsidiary Chandni Machines Private and to authorize Jayesh R Mehta, Managing Director to finalize the scheme of arrangements / demerger, appoint Valuers, Merchant Bankers and the like for this purpose. Further, in view of the same, the trading window for trading in the Company’s Shares for all Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from July 09, 2016 to July 18, 2016.
