Lanco Infratech has put in place - Vamshi Industrial Power as a holding company for thermal special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and Vamshi Hydro Energies as a holding company for hydro electric SPVs with effect from March 31, 2012.
However, these two holding companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of the power holding company, Lanco Power which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
