Rhodia Specialty Chemicals has entered into an agreement with Reliable Spaces for transfer of lease rights of the land admeasuring 26 acres (leased from MDC, Ambarnath) situated at MIDC, Ambarnath, dist. Thane in Maharashtra (Ambarnath Factory land) for a total consideration of Rs 37 crore and an initial amount of Rs 3.70 crore has been received.
The balance consideration will be paid by the party on fulfillment of conditions mentioned in the agreement.
Rhodia Specialty Chemicals manufactures and distributes acids and industrial phosphates, including sodium tripoly phosphate and active sulphonates; processing of linear alkyl benzene sulphonic acid.
