In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from July 30, 2016 to August 13, 2016.
