Chandavarkar & Co., chartered accountants, Pune as statutory auditors of the company, in the causal vacancy caused by the sad demise of T. R. Jalnawala, Proprietor of T. R. Jalnawala & Associates, present auditors of the company, till the conclusion of the ensuing annual general meeting.
Further, G. K. Chandavarkar & Co., chartered accountants, Pune shall conduct the audit of the company for the financial year 2011 - 2012.
