State Bank of Travancore has informed that in view of the Board Meeting of the Bank scheduled to be held on 26th July, 2016 to consider and approve the unaudited (reviewed) financial results of the Bank for the quarter ended 30th June, 2016, the Trading Window for dealings in Securities of the Bank will remain closed from 21-07-2016 to 28-07-2016 (48 hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting) only for the ‘Connected Persons’ of the Bank as defined in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Trading Window will open on 29-07-2016 for such connected persons of the Bank.
