Gati has transferred the shipping business (Coast to Coast division), as a going concern, to its wholly owned subsidiary - Gati Ship with effect from March 31, 2012.

Recently, Gati had received an approval to transfer express distribution and supply chain division or substantial part thereof to Redsun Supply Chain Solutions currently a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Gati is a leading player in express distribution and logistics and operates Express Distribution & Supply Chain (EDSC) division.
