CRISIL reports 8% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

CRISIL has reported results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2016.

The company has reported a 3.35% fall in its net profit at Rs 50.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 52.20 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The company’s total income increased by 10.53% to Rs 270.55 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 244.78 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 7.53% rise in its net profit at Rs 69.81 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 64.92 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 13.88% at Rs 387.09 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 339.91 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
