Further, in terms of provisions of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from July 27, 2016 and will open 48 hours after the submission of the outcome of the said meeting to the Stock Exchange. Information with regard to closure of the Trading window has been communicated to the designated employees/ directors.
