The Trading Window, as defined in the Company’s Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain dosed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from July 18, 2016 to August 01, 2016 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors for taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
